Call to Action:

1. How have you experienced the hope and help of God?

Pause and Pray: Lord, thank you that your hope and help is always available to me.

2. How can you trust in the Lord, no matter what you are going through? Name times in the past where you have seen the faithfulness of God. Write these in your phone, notebook, or journal.



Pause and Pray: Lord, remind me of the times I have seen your faithfulness in my life and help me to always trust you, even, or especially, when times are difficult.
