She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.

Women's Aspire Event
On Saturday, March 1st, the halls of Fair View were filled with over 160 women from various churches and communities who gathered in fellowship for Aspire Women's Events. That evening, we experienced three hours of Bible storytelling, worship, and comedy.
We began with the hilarious Kay Dodd, who shared her journey of growing in her relationship with God through some of the darkest moments of her life. Next, we were moved by the beautiful voice of Jamie Jamgochian, who shared the story behind her newest song, Our Father. She recalled how the song’s chorus came to her in a moment of desperation—crying out in the bathroom of the recording studio, pleading with God for the right words for such a powerful song. In that moment, she realized those words had already been given to us long ago when Jesus taught His followers how to pray. Barb Roose closed the evening with wisdom and encouragement, equipping us with tools to manage life's stressors while deepening our understanding of how God desires us to pray.
